CHINMOY BHANJASTORY of CHINMOY BHANJA:

In the year 2004, I left my House due to extremely Poor financial condition. I did my 12th from Home and then moved to Kolkata leaving House behind. One day, I saw a Street Beggar staying in a Small Kaccha House, I approached him to take me with him, He accepted and allowed me to stay with him. Thus, I got my shelter. On the very Next day, I went to a Road-side Contractor and got a job of digging Soil. I started working as a Daily Labour and simultaneously got admission in my Graduation. After 2 years, I got to know about one Walk-In Interview at Sarala at Howrah. I went and got interviewed. I took up the Profile of Credit Officer in the year 2007. During my last 8 years Tenure with Sarala. I did my Graduation, I got married and got a Baby Girl who is going to school now. I could also renovate my House at my Village. I worked hard for this, I became Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Divisional Manager and Now I am working as Operation Supervisor. This Journey is jst like a Dream comes true and the success of my life could never been possible without Sarala.

BikasBikash Pramanik – A Door-to Door Seller to a Regional Manager:

I belong to a Poor Family at Howrah district. I did my 12th and left studies due to Financial Incapability. I started working as a Salesman selling Mosquito nets in different villages. I used to visit different villages and did Door-to-Door Marketing of the same. After doing it for 5 years I got an opportunity to work for Sarala as a Credit officer. During last 7 years of my Work tenure, not only I could grow professionally (from a Credit officer to Senior Regional Manager), but also impacted a significant change in my standard of living, Family, Education to my Children. Sarala opened each and every platform to learn, explore different technologies, sound Management skills and moreover increased my financial status. I can proudly say today that I work for an organization which ensures a paradigm shift to a Life of a Family not only to the Clients but also to the Employees.
