- Experienced in Microfinance field operation
- Computer Knowledge – desirable

- Must have own bike & license.
- Residential work place.
- Should have the ability to lead a team of field officers.
Area Manager
- Age- up to 35
- Minimum graduate
- Experienced in Microfinance field operation as BM
- Computer Knowledge – desirable
- Current openings- North Bengal & Bihar
- Must have own bike & license.
- Residential work place.
- Should have the ability to do team work.
- Should be able to supervise 4-6 branches and field force
- Has to travel frequently.
